Location. Saginaw Michigan  Date: 1937  Time: afternoon      An angler saw a scaly man-like creature that climbed up a riverbank and leaned against a tree and then jumped back into the water. The witness suffered a nervous breakdown after the incident. Source: Loren Coleman, Curious Encounters Aquatic Being from this dimension and this planet that easily moves from one watery space to another.

Location. Aleut Islands, Alaska   Date: August 10 1941  Time: unknown       The naturalist George William Steller observed a playful, curious "Sea Ape" swimming around his ship for two hours. The creature was five feet long, with a dog-like head, large eyes, pointed erect ears, and whiskers hanging down from its upper and lower lips. Its thick round body tapered gradually toward a tail with two fins, the upper one longer than the lower as in sharks. It had neither forefeet nor fore fins. Its skin was covered with thick hair, gray on its back but reddish-white on its belly. This is an Earthly mutation.

Location. Dogtown, near Evansville Indiana  Date: August 21 1955  Time: afternoon
Mrs. Darwin Johnson was swimming with her friend Mrs. Chris Lamble in the Ohio River about fifteen feet from shore when suddenly something grabbed her from under the surface. It felt like the "hand" had huge claws and "furry" palms. It came up from behind her, grabbed her left leg, gripped her knee and pulled her under. She kicked and fought herself free. It pulled her under again. Although both women could not see the thing, they were screaming and yelling to scare it away. Finally, Mrs. Johnson lunged for Mrs. Lamble's inner tube, and the loud "thump" apparently scared it away, as if released its grip. Back on shore Mrs. Johnson received treatment for her scratches and marks on her legs. According to Fortean investigator Terry Colvin Mrs. Johnson had a palm-print shaped green stain below her knee that could not be removed for several days. Interestingly Colvin learned that an individual who identified himself as an Air Force colonel visited the Johnson couple. It did grab her but not to do her harm.

Location. New Brunswick, Canada (rural area)   Date: Summer 1973  Time: unknown
During a boat ride through a swampy area the witnesses followed a deep stream and entered a swampier area. There they saw a bizarre creature, which could be seen just under the water, it wasn't fish like, but had two short legs and a stubby upper body, with "crust like" flesh, partly covered in what appeared to be black fur. They followed the odd creature as it passed near the side of the boat. It was near the surface of the murky water. Location. Yokosuka Japan  Date: November 1978  Time: evening
Near the US Navy base two construction workers were fishing off a rock seawall when suddenly a figure came out of the water nearby and stood still staring at them. The figure was described as huge about 3 meters in height and covered with thick scaly skin like a reptile. It had two large yellow eyes that seemed to focus on the witnesses. Location. Laguna De Brealito, Argentina  Date: 1982  Time: evening
Several families picnicking at the edge of the lagoon were astounded to see something resembling a waterspout rise above the waters and quickly approach the shore. Within the water witnesses were able to see a semi-human figure of gigantic proportions. According to the witnesses, the entity had female characteristics and appeared to be wearing some type of aquatic veil. Panic stricken, the witnesses ran to their vehicles and left the area.   Source: Ovnis Salta  The size is
an exaggeration but otherwise true. Nothing to be afraid of though. She was just being
 herself. She is an aquatic being. The seeming waterspout effect was nothing more
 than her jumping out of the water.

Location. Sea of Azov region, Russia  Date: Summer 1990  Time: daytime
A local 12-year old boy was wading up to his waist in the waters of the Sea of Azov, which has numerous sandbars and is not that deep. He was wading above a sandbank which suddenly gave way and he fell into a deep pit in the water. He then dived deeper attempting to assess his location and to look around when he spotted a small greenish "man". The dwarf-like entity was sitting at the bottom of the ocean. His eyes were disproportional to his face; they were very big and bulging. Both stared at each other in amazement. The alien dwarf waved his hand and accidentally scratched the boy's belly with its long nails. They both swam away from each other in different directions, the alien towards deeper waters and the boy to the surface, the boy then ran home fearing for his life and never returned to the water for the rest of the year. He never saw the entity again.  Source: "NLO" (UFO) Magazine, Saint Petersburg # 22 May 31 1999  ANOMOALOUS BEING – Of the earth, not of the "FEY". As consciousness changes and grows so does the body change. This is an evolutionarily changing being. A friend of the Mer-Folk. They were there watching over these new types as they are growing into their own space.

Location. Playa Media Luna, Vieques Island, Puerto Rico  Date: 1992  Time: afternoon
Mr. Anibal Perez and his young nephew had come to the beach with their grandmother and were enjoying themselves when suddenly and apparently out of the depths of the waters a "young man" about 12 years of age, emerged and approached the two witnesses. The stranger appeared curious and friendly and followed the two witnesses apparently looking for companionship. They asked him who he was but the stranger only emitted a sound similar to that of a "dolphin." Suddenly the boy dived into the waters and seemed to swim down to the depths. Moments later he re-appeared again bringing some sand in his hand, which he offered to the two, now befuddled witnesses. Apparently he wanted the men to "eat" the sand, but they demurred. They were then even more surprised to see the "boy" eat the sand like material. The stranger was described as completely human-like, somewhat thin with long black hair, wearing light colored yellow shorts. As the two witnesses swam about, the stranger seemed to imitate their every move. He dived into the deep again, this time returning with some algae, which he also offered to the witnesses. Emitting strange whistling sounds he seemed to want to communicate with the witnesses. After some questioning by the witnesses, the stranger began to imitate their speech, repeating everything that was said to him. After a while he seemed to be able to speak some coherent words and said he was from "the bottom of the sea." A few minutes later he stared at the two witnesses then bid them farewell saying "Goodbye humans," he then dove into the waters never to be seen again.  Source: Jorge Martin, Poligono Del Tercer Tipo 
Water Being -- It does live under the sea but can easily be terrestrial if it wanted to and that is why it feels like it could be Lower Realm.??  It is a male. It does eat those things it offered. Not a Merman but is from this earth.
